If your plan is listed, services may be covered in part or in full depending on your individual benefits. We recommend contacting your insurance provider directly to understand your specific coverage for psychological testing.

  • The total cost of testing depends on the type and scope of evaluation needed.

    If you are using insurance, your out of pocket cost will vary based on your specific plan, including factors such as deductibles, copays, and any authorization requirements. It is recommended that you contact your insurance provider to understand your benefits for psychological testing.

    For private pay clients, a discounted rate is available. The total fee will be determined based on the services required, and clear pricing will be provided before scheduling.

  • Evaluations are available for children age 8+, adolescents, and adults.

  • In most cases, a referral is not required. However, some insurance plans may have specific requirements. It is best to check directly with your provider.

  • • Intake Interview: 60–90 minutes
    • Testing Session: 2–4 hours (varies)
    • Report Preparation: Approximately 1 week
    • Feedback Session: 30–60 minutes

  • • Comprehensive written psychological report
    • Diagnostic clarification when applicable
    • Individualized recommendations
    • Documentation that may support school, college, workplace, or treatment accommodations

  • You do not need to have that figured out before reaching out.

Private Pay Options

For those choosing not to use insurance, or for services not covered by insurance, private pay options are available.

A discounted rate is offered for cash pay clients. Total cost will vary depending on the type and scope of testing needed.
